deterioration from moisture.
 
Leveling: Up to 6" on site leveling placed on 4x4 pressure treated skids.
Concrete blocks used for leveling.
 
Hardware: Zinc-Plated hinges and latches for rust protection.
 
Roofing: Class "A" Fire retardant dimensional shingles manufacture's
30 year warranty.
 
Ventilation: 4 each, 4" Vents under eaves for airflow.
 
Roof Base: 1/2" exterior plywood (OSB).
 
Door: 36" Metal Insulated Flush door.
